Midjourney has gotten a lot of cool updates lately. Their Omni-Reference feature is right up there with the best of them. It lets you bring a specific image into your images. It could be a vehicle, animal, objects or characters. It works with stylization, stylization, moodboards, and style references.
You can get started by dragging an image in the prompt and dropping it into the area that says “omni-reference.” You can use the slider to control strength. If you prefer adding the parameter by hand, simply use –oref {image url} and –ow options. For my example, I just created an image, then asked Midjourney to give it a lightsaber.
Omni-Reference is now live! It’s a new way to say “put THIS in my image” for characters, objects, vehicles, and more. Check out the examples or see the full info dump below ๐ pic.twitter.com/NH4PmSIT2A
