Many of us use cloud-hosted AI models these days. If you prefer to preserve your privacy, you need to run models offline. Google AI Edge Gallery is an app that lets you try that on your Android or iOS device. It comes with an AI chat and prompt lamp feature. You can also upload images to have the model analyze them.
You can switch between different models from Hugging Face. Thanks to the Prompt Lab function, you can summarize and rewrite. You can also test your own LiteRT .task models. This app runs locally without an internet connection. It is available for Android but iOS support is coming soon.
