It is no secret that OpenAI has been under a lot of pressure to deliver after DeepSeek R1 blew up a few days ago. By all accounts, the new o3 and o3 mini models will be available later today. The company officials have already admitted on CNBC, NPR and other outlets that new, exciting models are in the works:

As far as o3-mini, we are expected to get a low and high version. Both of them will be perform very well in coding.
OpenAI is probably releasing two versions of the o3-mini family tonight:
