OpenAI is serious about search. You have had the ability to perform searches on ChatGPT for a long time now. Till yesterday, you needed an account to use this feature. Now you can perform search without an account. The results differ significantly depending on what your keywords. For example, you can get videos and articles for educational content and product listing when you are shopping for something.
In the meantime, the company has announced that Deep Research has now been rolled out to all pro users, including in the UK, EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland.
